Katja 15 Posted September 25, 2021 Did anyone need to do 3 months of physical therapy to get their breast reduction surgery approved? I know some insurance wants it to see if PT helps the back problems. I know rashes, split skin, etc. will also get approvals. toodlerue 455 Posted September 25, 2021 I had reduction surgery 8 years before my WLS. I didn’t have to do any PT or anything before. My doctor had to provide proof that it was needed for insurance.
