Congrat's to all of you! I am newly banded 2wks. I lost 12 lbs in 1 week (weighed at doctors office at 1 week)haven't weighed since then. This first 2 weeks of liquid diet was hard for me because I don't really like Soup, but I've made it to my soft food stage and it's getting better. It took me over a week and plenty of heating pad time to work the soreness from the gas out. Also, plenty of walking to help with this. I also researched the lapband for 6 months before deciding to get this done. I am sooooo excited about my decision to get the lapband. Prayers go out for all of you getting the lapband. Congrat's again. Wishing you the best.

and by the way there is this Protein drink which i like (and im kinda picky when it come to those) Its called BOOST(high protein) the chocolate tastes the best in my opinion i believe it contain 15-20g of protein:)
