I just threw this together and it was really good!

Premier Protein vanilla shake
1/3 cup canned pumpkin
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
6 ice cubes
Blend until ice is crushed

31 g protein
12 g carbs
3 g fat

This is wonderful, I must try it. I tried the new Premiere Protein pumpkin Spice shake today and it didn't taste like pumpkin or pumpkin spice at all.

This is awesome! Thanks for sharing. I use the sugar free Torani pumpkin spice in vanilla shakes and it’s so good!
