I know there was a class action suit against Dr. Almanza five or six years ago, but he may be gone by now. I don't think I've heard anything in the last few years about them. There are a number of good surgeons in the US and, if you do your due diligence, in Mexico as well... but, you HAVE to do some research to find them.
