FutureSkyDiver 76 Posted August 7, 2021 Some people have a sneeze as their "full signal". Pay attention to when you are sneezing and see if it correlates to when you eat. It might be your signal too. Officially Not Fatty Matty 462 Posted August 8, 2021 Early on I had really violent hiccups when full, now a year out I’ll sneeze or get a runny nose if I push it. But as I’ve learned my capacity over time those “oh no I ate too much” moments have become quite rare. You’ll figure it out but don’t worry, it is not an unusual full response.
