Squidgy101 33 Posted August 4, 2021 Hey, I was recommended the Bariatric Bible by Carole Bowen Ball. Has lots of info as well as recipes and ideas for each stage. Goodluck! 1 lizonaplane reacted to this
catwoman7 11,220 Posted August 4, 2021 not a cookbook, but check out "The World According to Eggface" blog. She's a long-time bariatric patient who loves cooking. She also has lots of recipes on there for all stages. 1 lizonaplane reacted to this
Arabesque 7,416 Posted August 5, 2021 My surgeon actually gave me a hard cover copy of Sally Johnston’s Your Complete Guide to Nutrition for Weight Loss Surgery at my first appointment. I found it very helpful. Information about sleeve, bypass & band, before & after surgery, post surgical stages, general healthy eating & nutritional needs as well as sample menus & recipes for each stage.
