Arabesque 7,414 Posted August 1, 2021 They happen. Just stick to your plan & they will break. Your body is taking a break to catch up with all the changes - diet, weight loss, surgery, etc. It’s been through a lot. I never changed a thing I was doing (why stress my body more) & I always started to lose again. You will too. Good luck. 1 Esi reacted to this
catwoman7 11,220 Posted August 1, 2021 I never changed anything. Just stuck to my plan and stayed off the scale for a few days. Stalls happen. They'll eventually break and you'll be on your way again.
WishMeSmaller 1,274 Posted August 1, 2021 You have lost 50 pounds in 2 months! Congratulations! Yep, your body just needs to take a minute to “catch up.” Just keep doing what you have been doing (presumably following your plan) and the stall will break. 😊
