Butterflyeffect 122 Posted July 24, 2021 Congratulations Abby, hope you’re recovery is going really well. It’s a great feeling to see the weight go down so quickly in the beginning and makes any pain or discomfort feel worth it. Looking forward to hearing about your journey as it progresses and if you ever have any questions, this is a great forum.
traceyingraphics@gmail.com 20 Posted July 25, 2021 Surgery May 10th SW 250 CW 208 I'm stalled big time. I eat less than 1000 calories a day. Try to get all my Protein. Not doing so good on Water. Has anybody had a long stall? How do you break it? 2 LanaLee and Bre_VSG reacted to this

I know my first stall (almost three weeks) broke after I started resistance band workouts but it may be a coincidence. I read that we lose muscle mass when losing weight so keeping up the Protein and building muscle helps your body ultimately burn more calories. good luck!
