Hlyn 12 Posted July 19, 2021 Does anyone find it really hard to continually sip Water? It gets me really full and I find it difficult. I used to be a guzzler. But this new sipping is making it hard and I’m finding myself dehydrated. Any tips?
Soon2bFit21 109 Posted July 19, 2021 It was a bit of an annoyance for me, but I was able to go back to drinking Water on a normal level fairly quickly. Not everyone can do so, but I’ve seen quite a few here that are able to go back to drinking larger amounts. Give it time, it won’t be all sipping forever. 2 Hlyn and WorldCruiser reacted to this

I can't hardly do anything flavored and the thought of sipping more Water repulses me. But I do not want to end up dehydrated.
MistySkye 181 Posted July 19, 2021 Just know, it gets better. Try different temps of Water. You may find one better than the other. 7 weeks out, I can drink 8 oz in under 10 minutes. 1 WorldCruiser reacted to this
Christina Phillips 9 Posted July 21, 2021 I hated that too! I used to live chugging Water so it was quite an adjustment for me. I am 5 weeks out... Soon enough you will be able to drink a lot at a time. Idk if I'm really supposed to but I pretty much chug sometimes lol I love ice cold water lol Sent from my SM-G981U using BariatricPal mobile app 1 Hlyn reacted to this
