Dogmom68 135 Posted July 6, 2021 I watched a lot of YouTube videos about preparing for surgery and found it very helpful. I also read Dr Duc Vuong’s Gastric Sleeve Success before surgery. His videos are extremely helpful, too. 1 Aliana Wood reacted to this
catwoman7 11,220 Posted July 6, 2021 being nervous before a surgery is totally normal! I've had four surgeries in my life, and I still get nervous before them! It'll go fine, though. I found my RNY to be a really easy surgery - yes, it involved lots of life changes - but very little pain and an easy recovery. Although that's not universal, it seems to be true of a majority of us. I was surprised - I was expecting much worse.
