lizonaplane 1,613 Posted June 18, 2021 You can use MyFitnessPal. They have a huge database of restaurant (only chain restaurants) and store bought foods and you can enter in recipes (I like the old recipe calculator where you just enter how much of each ingredient you put in and how many total servings your recipe is but they also have a new calculator where you can enter the url of a recipe online). You can also use calorie king dot come, but I think that's only for restaurant and store bought foods, I don't know if they have a recipe calculator.
Soon2bFit21 109 Posted June 18, 2021 I second MyFitnessPal. The database is huge, and you can even scan in barcodes from items at home or the store to upload the data if it’s not found on the site. I’ve used it for years and it’s a daily tool for my food tracking. There are also daily goals you can breakdown by macro or calorie which is so helpful. They do offer a paid version that has a lot of bells and whistles, but the free still has so much.
