You can usually find restaurant food on their websites and food you cook at home you can plug the ingredients into an app such as Baritastic.

You can go to My Fitness Pal if you're a member (it's free) or I think you can just search on calorie king dot com. On my fitness pal you can create a recipe to figure out how many calories, carbs, Protein, etc is in home made food.

I use SparkPeople website. They don’t have everything, but users are adding stuff all the time. They have a lot of restaurants and specific foods that may not be available to everyone, but it it is an awesome tool for tracking.

I heard Spark People is closing down August 17 to become Spark America … a new platform but anything saved currently (food tracking, recipes) will not cross over to the new platform. I hope I’m mistaken but just in case, I’ve been saving favorite SparkRecipes to Pinterest so I can still find them.
