Cant sleep ..just thinking about my surgery..reading alot of stories. Took some people years..IM not going to be able to walk in a minute . hope i can get soon

Have you had surgery before and how did it go? sleep problems are not uncommon and there is only one way to fix it, you can’t tune yourself in by watching a video about how bad everything is. From a purely psychological point of view, you only make things worse for yourself.

Yes, it's a common problem, but try to distract yourself. Everything will be fine!

I also had trouble sleeping. I'm a very anxious person, and for me, that whole period was complicated. But when I started walking for an hour or two every evening, drink more herbal tee, the situation improved
