Esi 179 Posted May 28, 2021 Does anyone recommend a Multivitamin that has no Iron, and is not a capsule or tablet? Even when I take my pill with food, it makes me nauseous. Surgeon suggested a Gummy or liquid version.
Soon2bFit21 109 Posted May 28, 2021 I believe Mary Ruth’s has a liquid with no Iron. Zinc can also cause nausea as well, FYI. 1 Esi reacted to this
catwoman7 11,220 Posted May 28, 2021 Centrum Silver (and their other multi's for people over age 50) don't have Iron. They have them available in chewables and gummies. (Centrum also has a liquid - but that has iron in it) 1 Esi reacted to this

Jennie4315 10 Posted May 30, 2021 I have the multivitamin without Iron and mine is in a form of a patch I got from the gastricPal site. All my blood work comes back great.. I put it on everyday after the shower. It stays on for atleast 8 hours.. and I feel great 1 Esi reacted to this
