It might have helped that i went to a xmas dance last night and danced my booty off!! I am so happy to be back in the 80s. I love dancing and I must say my weight's never stopped me but what a difference 26 lbs makes... I feel like I glide now. I much prefer dancing to aerobics, so maybe I might join a dance class next year. I can hear them calling my name now...
