I'm 4 weeks out and our family vacay is in 10 days. I was wonder if i can ride the rollercoasters/Get in the pool/ocean???

You really need to discuss with your surgeon.

On a website like this you'll discover there is nothing someone has not eaten or done on the day after surgery.
