It will get better, I promise! I’m on day 14 (my last day!) and today is liquids only. I felt like giving up on day 9…I wanted a burrito so bad but pushed through it. Days 10-14 have been much easier! Drink lots of Water and you will get through :)

My surgery is scheduled for July 19th and I just started the liquid today..I am already hungry but trying to stay positive and look more towards the goal..Has anyone had theirs yet?How was it and how is the pain level?

My surgery is July 13th I’m starting to get nervous!!🥴I am on my 7th day with the liquid diet and it’s EXTREMELY hard. I have an awful headache!!!! Join for support and encouragement

liquids are going down.thw first 1-2 days I could only get one Protein Shake in and some sips of Water. Now I am meeting my daily goal of Protein 60g.

Pro tip: only drink while sitting up. I'd you lay down it will be painful

Yes!! I have only been able to drink 5 shakes twice it makes me so sick and my tummy ate. I hate it but I have been getting 2-3 in. Is this bad?

I am 7 days in liquid diet and I have a awful headache!! I’m hungry and I just don’t feel like myself. I’m very irritable!!
