Finally!! I have to say, for those of you that are "slow losers", keep the faith! These last tw o months, I have been down to 2-4 pounds each MONTH, but it came off!

I was the same way the last six months or so of my weight loss phase. It took FOREVER, but the weight did eventually come off!

Congrats, Kelly! I also had my surgery in July and am losing between 0-2 lbs monthly. It can be frustratingly slow, but we just gotta look at the big picture!
