Strawberries are great idea too. i hope this helps. Best of luck!
ShoppGirl 5,034 Posted May 14, 2021 If you like ranch dressing you can make ranch dip for veggies with the dry dressing seasoning mix and plain Greek yogurt. Also I mixed PB Fit into vanilla Greek yogurt and dipped apple slices Into it.

You can get them frozen and add them to a Protein Shake or "light" or plain greek yogurt too. I would also try to eat three times a day and not just twice so you are not going too long without a meal. They also make high-protein chips but I've never tried them. But first I would make sure you are eating a full three meals. Good luck!
Cherylanne22 27 Posted May 14, 2021 Bariatric pal has a lot of chips you can purchase, they have bbq, ranch, salt & vinegar, pizza crunch. They are a little like rice cakes but better for you.
bufbills 316 Posted May 16, 2021 Do your best to find Snacks that are high in Protein. Peanuts are one of my snacks. They are high in calories, so I only eat them around once a week. Lately, my go to snack in the evening is sugar free freezer pops. I'm not brave enough for chips yet. I'm very careful to avoid slipping into bad habits. HealthyLifeStyle 351 Posted May 16, 2021 Maybe try to eat more like 5-6 times a day. I do that and I am never hungry. For Snacks I usually eat 2-3 mini cukes (peeled) with a cup of cottage cheese (chives), strawberries & blackberries with a little bit of cool whip and crushed walnuts, 20 (yes I count them) almonds, an apple with either 2-3 tablespoons of all natural organic PB or almond butter, red pepper hummus with 1/2 piece of whole wheat pita bread or celery, very ripe pear (peeled) with small amount of honey and crushed walnuts (heat up in the microwave for about 20 seconds). Hope these ideas are good for you to try. Good Luck

It keeps the metabolism going/burning calories, etc.
