WanderingHeart 141 Posted May 10, 2021 1/2 cup organic sweet potato 3 pasture raised eggs 1.5 Tbsp raw almond butter (just almonds on ingredient list) combine and cook like pancakes for a few min on both sides with coconut oil. Jnfinney 527 Posted May 10, 2021 I don't do paleo, but I do really like this homemade Protein pancake recipe: -1/2 cup quick oats -1/2 banana -1 egg (or 2 egg whites) -1 scoop of Protein Powder -1 tsp vanilla -1 tsp cinnamon Blend it all together to make a batter, then cook them like regular pancakes. You can substitute applesauce or pumpkin puree for the banana.
