mischa23 25 Posted April 30, 2021 Do anyone know a wine I can drink that’s not too sweet but got some little sweet I’m really excited for my 10yr wedding anniversary next sat
ShoppGirl 5,024 Posted April 30, 2021 (edited) Idk of any wine to suggest but I do suggest that you try a glass at home first just to see how your body is going to react to it. Wait, have you had your surgery yet. I was assuming you had. Edited April 30, 2021 by ShoppGirl
The Greater Fool 2,054 Posted April 30, 2021 I agree with @ShoppGirl on play at home first. For wine of your taste preferences, try a wine site. WLS has little preference on flavor.
Soon2bFit21 109 Posted May 1, 2021 Weren’t you just in the hospital a few days ago? I’ve seen a few posts you’ve made regarding unhealthy food choices or what seems like more severe issues post sleeve. I would definitely encourage you to speak to your nutritionalist and/or doctor’s office so you have a better feel of their post op plan so you’re not getting sick and taking the best care of your body possible. A Bariatric therapist may be a good choice as well if you’re struggling with food or alcohol issues. 2 Bari_KS and catwoman7 reacted to this
mischa23 25 Posted May 1, 2021 I was in hospital for my potassium being very low my surgeon said I can drink but wasn’t too sure what kind wine I can drink since I had my gastric sleeve surgery
GiCoDr 13 Posted May 2, 2021 I had my sleeve last December and was allowed to drink 1 1/2 months after. The wine that my dietitian recommended is dry. Since I like white, I drink Pinot Grigio or Chardonnay.
