How to do all this in COVID world

Recommended Posts

Hey!

I was hoping that someone had some insight for me! Does anyone work as a teacher or trainer or something of that sort? I don't go back to work for a few more weeks; however, I am really concerned about getting my fluids and nutrition in. I work in a hospital, teaching/training adult learners. The classes are in person, and I will need to be wearing a mask the entire time. We obviously get breaks...but I don't know how I will be able to eat anything in 15 min...let alone get all the fluids in I need to all day if I need to wear a mask the entire time, plus not chug or choke down some food.

I could probably get medical documentation to be off longer, but I am trying to avoid that. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Would you be able to just lift the bottom of your mask & drink through a straw or from a sippy cup/bottle? I used to drink Soup through a straw at first. I’d pop the straw in my mini thermos which kept the soup hot. (It would be cold before I got half way through it if I put it in a mug.)

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.

Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
