ThanaK 15 Posted April 18, 2021 Hi all After a month of presurgery/Optifast diet, 2 weeks post op gastric bypass full fluids and finishing 2 weeks of puréed in a week, I’m looking to get a break from cooking and would like some healthy takeout choices while in the soft food stage. XtinaDoesIt 202 Posted April 18, 2021 Rotisserie chicken is the only take-out I trust right now if you have a Peruvian spot by you (other Spanish restaurants will do but Peruvians really know how to rotisserie some chicken!)
