byefatbye 6 Posted April 21, 2021 I love Breakfast, so I can't imagine not having some kind of breakfast. When I'm in a rush, I'll just put 6 ounces of almond milk, packet of Decaf folgers instant coffee, scoop of GENEPRO unflavored Protein Powder, and a pump of Jordyn's skinny mix coffee Syrup in a shaker bottle and drink that at work. If I'm really pressed for time, I grab a pre-made Protein Drink. dms75 161 Posted April 21, 2021 I used to never eat breakfast before surgery. Now it’s my favorite (and biggest) meal of the day. First thing in the morning is 24oz of Water with a squirt of Crystal Light and my Multivitamins.
