I’m doing well as far as how I am feeling, thank you. I’m still starving, but you know! Haha! Pretty bad when your looking forward to puréed meat! Glad you asked the question about FF! Subway sounding really good!

I catch myself wanting to eat when I am actually not hungry. I am still trying to figure this out after almost 6 weeks. Once you get to the semi regular diet things get better. Watch out trying to graze or eat when not hungry. I eat sf popsicles every night just about sometime 3 or 4. At 15 cals they work for me.

I take a Complete Multivitamin with Iron included (Meijer brand)

and I take calcium chews with D3 (Meijer brand). These work great for me 😁☺

I'm doing the bariatric Vitamin Patch with Biotin for hair and nails and the Vitamin C patch as well. I'm not sure how effective the Patches are so I'm also taking oral multi Vitamin.
