adtalbot 0 Posted March 24, 2021 I am 13 months out and feel sick all of the time. I have a lot of nausea. The last month i have really felt bad, no energy, blacking out, nausea, dry heavies, stuffy head, cold sweats. I've tested negative for flu and covid but don't have any answers. I cant take Vitamins because they make me nauseous. I never know what will make me sick either. Any suggestions? I'm wondering if a post nasal drip can be the problem. The Greater Fool 2,054 Posted March 24, 2021 Give or take a symptom that's how I feel when I'm dumping. How is your eating, plan wise? It may behoove you to, and I hate saying this, keep an honest food log to see if there are any consistent types of food that show up. Post nasal drip may be both a symptom and a cause. Usually this is in relation, for me, to not eating. Often related to stress or fatigue. There are several intestinal issues that can result in your symptoms. Heck, Constipation can do it. Now that I ponder it, give or take a symptom it sounds like a psoriatic arthritis flare. Just about any autoimmune disease can have these symptoms. I wouldn't take a chance. I would be talking to a medical professional, perhaps more than one if the cause doesn't jump out. Don't give up until you have an answer and resolution. Jaelzion 1,127 Posted March 24, 2021 Minus the stuffy head, I get all these symptoms when my blood pressure is too low (which happens regularly). As @The Greater Fool said, I'd definitely follow up with your doctor, mine was able to help me minimize and manage these symptoms.
Arabesque 7,416 Posted March 25, 2021 Does your blood work show you are lacking in any Vitamins, etc. What’s your kidney & liver function like? Your sugar levels? A post nasal drip will often make you feel nauseous. I suffer from postural low blood pressure so suffer regularly from head spins & loss of vision. My energy levels aren’t great either & have had a few hypoglycaemic episodes - cold sweats, drop in blood pressure, drop in energy, vision narrowing, nose running, etc. I had these before I lost weight but just experience them more often now. But I’m no expert. I encourage you to get some detailed work ups from your medical team sooner than later. Good luck. 1 learn2cook reacted to this
