Jnfinney 527 Posted March 11, 2021 Well, I am on the pre-op diet and the mental hunger is real. I try to stay busy doing things to keep my mind off of food. Things like cleaning, walking my dogs, reading a book, doing work from home, etc. have helped distract me from my head hunger. 1 oneblessedchild1978 reacted to this

ShoppGirl 5,014 Posted April 3, 2021 I cleared a path from one end of house to the other and I would just start walking when I felt head hunger. Just back and forth from one end to the other for about five minutes was long enough to distract me and then I would go back to whatever I was doing. I also do this while I’m on the phone or if I have any anxiety and according to Apple Watch I get like 30 exercise minutes a day without really trying. 1 oneblessedchild1978 reacted to this

Means you aren't physically hungry you just think you are. Aka boredom. Loneliness. Emotional. I've had it my whole life
