AuntieMAME 2 Posted March 11, 2021 I am on day 3 of my pre-op diet. It's not liquid but I have to keep calories 800-1000/day, with most coming from Protein. Getting in the protein. Still so crazy hungry. I can't concentrate bc I'm so hungry. I've never been this food focused in my life. Creekimp13 5,840 Posted March 11, 2021 sugar free Jello. Clear broth. Green Tea. Distractions. Watch movies you love. Have crazy sex. Take a hot bath. Do something you enjoy. I had a terrible time of it, too. I HATE how I feel in ketosis. I feel unhinged and horrible, brain fog, hangry, desperate, dizzy, miserable. Pre-op diet was really tough for me, but I did it. A day at a freaking time. An hour. A minute, sometimes. You can do this.
