Puréed Diet Daily Mealplan

Long time ago. I remember eating thin mashed potatoes, thinned refried Beans, putting split pea Soup in the blender. Poached fish is a popular next step (that maybe you fudge a little and start early) because fish is SO protieny and poached is super tender. Whipped Greek yogurt. Yasso frozen yogurt bars. Cream Soups. Scrambled eggs. Tons of protien shakes.

I'm on the diet right now.

Breakfast: Fairlife Protein Core shake - 26g Protein

Lunch: tuna packet with lite mayo - 17g Protein

Dinner: 6Tbsp Egg Beaters - 10g Protein

Snack/hot beverage: SwissMist Reduced Calorie Hot Cocoa - 6g Protein

Total: 59 Protein

Goal: 50-60g Protein/day
