Chelsea0604 8 Posted March 9, 2021 I’m almost 8 months post op. I’ve lost 120 pounds so far. Since December, ive started to slow down drastically. I’m currently at a stall & I’m SO incredibly frustrated. I’m working out, I get my Protein, I track my foods, I get my Water in. What did you do? How did you break your stall? catwoman7 11,220 Posted March 9, 2021 stalls will eventually break as long as you continue to follow the rules. and weight loss DOES slow down the closer you get to goal. The last 20 lbs for me was an absolute BEAR to get off - took probably a good 4-6 months. That's true of more normal-weight people, too. I used to roll my eyes at these slightly overweight women at Weight Watchers who'd moan and complain about how hard it was to lose 10 lbs. Now I totally get it... 2 Creekimp13 and Chelsea0604 reacted to this
