catwoman7 11,220 Posted March 8, 2021 if you're sticking to your program, then it's just a stall. Most of us have them periodically during out weight loss journey (the first one is usually within the first month for most of us , in fact). Just stick to the plan and stay off the scale if you need to. They usually break in 1-3 weeks. 1 Jen2175 reacted to this

ngmancini 22 Posted March 8, 2021 I didnt realize how down this would make me with this stall and no I havent been following the program. I only eat three bites. I have been eating the wrong three bites.
Creekimp13 5,840 Posted March 8, 2021 Stop eating three bites and start eating healthy and following your program. Takes time. You didn't gain it all in a few months...takes a while to lose it. You cannot reestablish a healthy metabolism by starving yourself. Nor can you reestablish a healthy metabolism by eating too much of the wrong food. Quit with the extremes. Talk to your Dietician. Make a calorie goal and a protien goal. Get some suggestions for menus. Get off the scale for a full month and eat what is recommended. Exercise. Stop the number obsession and focus on healthy eating. You'll be ok. I lost weight SUPER slow. Stalled for weeks sometimes. But I got there. You will, too. If you're feeling like you're at the end of your rope with the process...it might be time to see the therapist. ****, I STILL need to see the therapist sometimes to stay on track. Breathe. Everyone stalls. 2 MizzKay and Arabesque reacted to this
