Soon2bFit21 109 Posted April 26, 2021 Many people do not tolerate higher levels of Iron in Bariatric vits. Certain types of zinc can also make you nauseous. I personally take zinc piccolinate and use desiccated liver caps for iron and other Vitamins along with a B complex pill. It’s annoying to have to take so many pills, but Vitamin intolerances are common.
hel_co 3 Posted April 27, 2021 3.5 month after surgery and tried every single multi Vitamin I could put my hands on searching for one that it wouldn't make me nauseous or vomit. I finally found one that works well and I'm soooo happy! I don't know if it's sold in the states (live in Europe) but it's called Baricol, only the pill form work for me, the others also make me very sick. I would recommend you to change and keep trying until you find something that suits you. I was starting to get anxiety about taking the Vitamins. Good luckSent from my SM-A715F using BariatricPal mobile app
