Pre Op Diet!

Hey Everyone!

so my pre op diet starts soon 😖 so I’m just getting prepared so I have no excuse to eat something I’m not suppose to. Have anyone tried these

I have tried them and they tasted pretty good. What my wife and I really did was we took a prepackaged Soup ( (broth based progresso, cambells, etc.) and we strained them during preop. This helped us with the flavor as they were seasoned well. You could argue that these have a lot of salt, but we didn't do more then 1 or two a day and when I went in for my preop blood test, my electrolytes and salt were still low.

I did not like those, they made me nauseous instantly. I tried the regular chicken flavor and then the chicken ginger flavor. Plain chicken flavor was probably the better of the two. Still, I just made my own broth.< /p>

I tried those and didn't care for them, but it's a matter of personal taste. I've seen some people on this forum say they are good. I personally preferred using Better than Bouillon to make broth.
