After the sleeve, "full" can feel very different from what it was before surgery. So much so, that early on I didn't recognize when I was full and one of my first solid meals, I overate. That was utterly miserable and it taught me to watch for the subtler cues that my body was giving me. Before surgery, "full" meant my stomach was tight. Now, if I eat to that point, I'm in trouble. For me now, full is when I feel the sight pull of my restriction kicking in. You'll get more familiar with your new tummy over time. Just don't force too much in, like I did that once. The aftermath was awful!
