T41 1 Posted February 20, 2021 Had surgery January 4th 21 with liquid diet I’ve lost 33 pounds but haven’t loss anything in the month of February doing everything right...anyone else have this happen? Not sure what’s going wrong
kunkelgw 22 Posted February 20, 2021 My dietician did tell me that as your body adjusts you may stall but making sure you manage your Protein and Water you will continue to lose. This was the time that I added exercise because I was so fearful of losing my muscle mass instead of fat. It did help me to continue to lose weight but slowed to 1-2 pounds per week. You seem to be doing great! Congratulations. 1 T41 reacted to this
catwoman7 11,220 Posted February 20, 2021 almost everyone has their first major stall within the first month or so after surgery. It typically lasts 1-3 weeks. As long as you're sticking to your program, the stall will break and you'll be on your way again. You're likely to hit several of these stalls on your journey. Stay off the scale for a few days if you need to - but rest assured that as long as you're doing what you're supposed to be doing, the weight loss will start up again. 1 T41 reacted to this

HealthyLifeStyle 351 Posted February 20, 2021 I was just barley getting 400. I had a very rough start. My Protein was severely lacking. I wasn't able to reach the goal until my 4th to 5th month.
