David_L 68 Posted February 17, 2021 I've been using the calcium citrate D3 caramel ones and they're pretty good. I also do the chewable multi's from them too. I have 2 of the multi's in the morning and 2 of the D's later in the afternoon (per my dietician). I had the sleeve and DS w/SIPS so I'm a bit more likely to have the Vitamin deficiencies. catwoman7 11,220 Posted February 17, 2021 I just used chewable Centrums (or the generic equivalent) my first year post-op (you have to take two a day to meet our Multivitamin requirements, though). They were fine.

I had to start the regular ones after only 2 months post op (per my doc). I take Pro Care Health brand Multivitamin Iron Free. I do not take any calcium chews, or pills. 1 rosieabubekr reacted to this
