Liquid diet lifesaver!!

I just found two amazing website with hundreds of smoothie recipies for those of us who just CAN"T STOMACH those disgusting shakes. I feel like my prayers have been answered!

Great! Thanks! I saved the second site, but the first one was doing wierd things, so I didn't pursue opening it.

just type in fitweb.com then and I am sure there will be link to the ebook. It is definitely worth trying again, there are 100s of recipes on there and some include adding Fiber Cereal (all in the blender with the rest of the ingedients) to help you feel full and stay full.
