One month down

I am 1 month into my pre-operation weighloss. With my insurance I have to wait a year before surgery. I weighed in at 360 on January 5th. On February 2nd I weighed in at 355. Its a start.

Congrats on the 5 pound weight loss! That year will be over before you know it! I had to do a 6 month program, but due to overscheduling and the holidays it was an 8 month program instead lol. I'm 1 year post op now and it feels like it flew by! I wish you the best on your weight loss journey!
