I am 2 weeks post op and my doctor recommended to wear a girdle to help with the incision. Does anyone have any recommendations?

If you wear or tried a girdle, how did it help you? I am planning on wearing one even after the incision have healed. So I wanted to know the benefits for the long run.

I want to buy one now. I have a 2 year old and as much as I try she sometimes has to be picked up. I’m looking on Amazon.
