I'm very fed up with gaining and losing the same 1/2 lb.........It's just frustrating because I'm getting in the Water and Protein and never go over 1000 calories per day which before surgery would have meant I lost consistently! I wonder if it's because I've been on very reduced calories for 5 months and my body's getting used to the lower intake. How long ago did you get surgery? We im out of the stall took me 11 days but I think ive crossed that hurdle... ever been loosing almost a pound a day for 2 days so lets keep it going♡♡♡♡
mae7365 372 Posted January 24, 2021 I stalled around 10 weeks post-op. Just couldn't get the scale to move down. I bought a case of 1 Liter Smart Water at B.J's and started drinking 2 full bottles/day. That truly ended the stall and I've lost 5 lbs. in the past two weeks. I know I'm not eating as much and I attribute that to drinking more water every day. Not sure if it was the cure to the stall, but it sure kick started my continued loss. Keep up the good work! Sometimes doing something different for a day or two might trigger it. Hope you continue to keep knocking off those pounds!
