lap band and colonoscopy

hey everybody, it's been awhile since i have posted. i hope someone can help.ok. i was banded 1 year ago i had a colonoscopy 12/3 and i don't seem to have the same restriction (less) as i did before. the dr. sd. he had no problem passing to scope through and did not damage it. has anyone else experienced this. thanks all. :help::faint:

There is no way the doc WOULD have a problem passing the scope. A colonoscopy goes up your poopershooter, not even close to your band. You colon is not one in the same as your stomach. Completely different end of your GI system.

well he may have done BOTH. The colonoscopy goes up that shoot and the UPPER ENDOSCOPY which is what I think you are referring to.

I'd probably go to my doctor and check for a fill, it's possible the timing coincides with this test.
