kellym1220 474 Posted January 3, 2021 I do. I only started after surgery, since I had to quit my 2 to 3 glasses of wine method. I also bought melatonin 3AM for when I wake up in the middle of the night. I seem to be getting better sleep (according to my apple watch!) 3 Lisa LoVuolo, Mrb1807 and pdc1605 reacted to this
newme2021 4 Posted January 3, 2021 I actually found a tea by Celestial Seasonings. Its called sleepy time tea. No caffeine obviously and tastes pretty good. It helps me fall asleep and sleep longer when I do. I don't wake up as many times in the night. Sometimes not at all. Just another alternative. Good luck!Sent from my SM-N976U using BariatricPal mobile app
Lisa LoVuolo 63 Posted January 11, 2021 I finally found Celebrate sleep with magnesium and melatoninSent from my U693CL using BariatricPal mobile app
Ladylove72 24 Posted January 11, 2021 I had it for the first time last night. For some reason I’m more restless at night than I was before surgery. I liked it! It was subtle, unlike over the counter sleeping pills I’ve tried in the past.
