juliegeraci 7 Posted December 4, 2007 I believe juices should be okay.
hajohnson1 0 Posted December 4, 2007 I was band a couple days before you and finally had a juice yesterday. Tasted yummy, wish I had thought of having some sooner. Go ahead and have some, just take it slow - juice is on my doc's list of 'clear' liquids. Enjoy!

juliegeraci 7 Posted December 5, 2007 When you are originally banded now is the time to heal. The weight loss really starts when you start to get fills. I would go on Amazon.com and search there for a good book.
