Help lol need food suggestions

I just stuck to chicken broth, sugar free popsicles, and propel Water during liquid stage. I couldn't eat sugar free Jello because it felt like it made my stomach flip. It hurt.

I had sugar free Gatorade, Protein Shakes, sugar free or fat free versions of pudding, Jell-O, popsicles (Monster brand - slushed), Soup broth, Gatorade, yogurt, milk. There is also Isopure Protein punch. I found protein shakes much more pleasing than the punch.
