Betty1971 386 Posted December 21, 2020 I am wondering if and when your weight loss began slowing down. I know it must start slowing down eventually closer to my goal weight but I am just kind of curious when everyone started to notice it getting harder to get the scale to go down. I am really enjoying the numbers right now but trying to prepare myself for the day when I get on the scale and it isn't so encouraging. Right now I am losing about a pound a day and I am super happy with that, I go back to the Dr on the 6th of January and hopefully will get the go ahead to start working out with a trainer. Right now I am limited to just walking on a treadmill and wearing some silly weights on my ankles and wrists while I walk but really wanting to start doing a bit more weight training. I had a hernia repair and some other minor work done while they did the sleeve so I have to wait the full 6 weeks to do anything more and that is bumming me out but I will get there..... NovaLuna 710 Posted December 21, 2020 (edited) When I hit month 4. First three months I lost in the double digits (23,19,21 pounds) but after that it was single digits with the one exception being in July when I lost 10 pounds.
