New form of Tylenol!!!!!

Recommended Posts

OMG! Tylenol is now making a dissolvable form. They taste like pixie sticks. I’m tolerating fine after VSG.

Good to know! I have dysphagia and can't swallow pills so I end up chewing them and it's nasty so knowing they have something that I don't have to worry about that with is a plus!

I found these just before my surgery and picked up quite a few. I agree with the pixie stick flavor and no Water needed is great.

Are we allowed to take these?
I read we shouldn’t take Advil or ibuprofen but it didn’t say Tylenol. Just checking

Yes, NSAIDs (advil, ibuprofen) are not allowed but Tylenol is not an NSAID.

Thank you so much for the information. I have been freaking out over my meds after surgery. Talking to psychology depth now to get more information

Tylenol is the new pain medication option after WLS surgery since NSAIDS are out. I have a good relationship with Motrin. Does the job for me all the time. Never used Tylenol. Wondering how Tylenol and I will get along in this new relationship post-surgery next month. Hahhaha.
