Hi all,

I had my lap band removed over 5 years ago and then got a sleeve. In the last 6 months I have had discomfort around my old port area that has gotten worse and worse. Has anyone else had tge same experience? And if so how were you treated?

Yes, I had exactly same issue. Went to my gastroenterologist and she pressed very hard with her thumb, almost like acupressure on the spot while “folding” me up and there was immediate relief with no return. Maybe a nerve was spasming?
