bufbills 316 Posted December 1, 2020 Before the 3 week stall police come and tell you to do a search, I'll tell you its normal and right on time. Could last a few weeks. 1 1 A1220M and ms.sss reacted to this

It took me 4 days to lose 1 pound. Someone needs to hide my scale. Sent from my SM-N950U using BariatricPal mobile app

NovaLuna 710 Posted December 2, 2020 Stalls do unfortunately happen. I've had so many in my 10 months since my surgery that I've actually lost count! My last one was just a few days ago and lasted 15 days, but I DID drop 3 pounds which ended that stall. Your body is just re-adjusting itself and that takes time. It'll pass! GradyCat 3,695 Posted December 2, 2020 Everybody and I mean EVERYBODY stalls either at Week 3 or Week 4. It's perfectly normal. Stick with the program. Put your scale away. This might last a couple of weeks and you don't want to get discouraged. This too shall pass. 1 catwoman7 reacted to this
