My Day in food 0 Posted November 14, 2020 Hi Any recommendations on getting in the 30 ml of Protein Shake or Soup without feeling sick. I’m post op day 3 and have a dreadful headache I think from only having hydralyte. Am I supposed to take the whole 15 mins to have the 30 mls . Any advice is appreciated. PollyAnna3483 14 Posted November 15, 2020 Are you getting in all your fluids? The main thing I was told was getting your 64 oz of fluids is the most important thing. Headaches and nausea can definitely be from dehydration. I was too full to get all my Protein in the first few days and they said that was ok. Just focus on fluids. I had a bypass on 11/5.
