The Greater Fool 2,054 Posted October 28, 2020 Welcome to the forums and to the post-op side of things. I went for the most flavorful food I could find. We may not be able to have big meals, but we can have big flavor. Good luck, Tek 2 Cherie04 and Graybird1113 reacted to this

justme2k 0 Posted December 8, 2020 Hey its been hard trying to adjust cooking when I first started post opp. But I have to say my go to was bouyon with meat for pureed stage just the Water and meat. I would mix the bouyon with low sodium chicken broth when pureed also. When I cook for the family I'll steam the meat I made with some kalalou. I'm still trying to get my seasoning right cause you know we flavorful. I either over salt or under salt but I want to try Ms. Dash with my epis. Btw surgery was 9/15/2020. How's it going for yah?Sent from my SM-G975U using BariatricPal mobile app
